We are proud to be a 100% smoke-free hotel. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our hotel.

Be sure to visit some of the area's best restaurants, such as Restaurante Lua Puerto Rey, Restaurante Hoyo 19 Triana, and Maraú Beach Club. The bullring, Plaza Mayor, Aquavera water park, and over 7 km of beach along Playazo de Vera are some of the charming tourist spots in the area to discover.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel outside the deadline, the hotel will charge you the cost of the first night.
In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge you the full amount of your reservation.

IMPORTANT: Under Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security, Avent Verahotel DOES NOT ALLOW entry without documentary registration.

Likewise, minors are NOT ALLOWED to enter the rooms without the company of their parents (accredited) or guardians (with documentation proving this relationship).

According to our payment and cancellation policy, the reservations department will charge your stay to the card provided during the booking process two days prior to your arrival for the flexible rate. For non-refundable rates, the payment card provided can be charged at any time after confirming your reservation. To do so, please ensure you have the full amount available.
